Welcome to the Web site (“Site”) of the Brass Band of Columbus ("BBC"). BBC is committed to protecting your privacy when you use our Site. This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains the information we collect when you visit our Site, how we collect it, how we use it, and how we protect it; this Policy does not apply to offline activities.
Your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to the Terms of this Policy. From time to time, we may modify this Policy, so please review it periodically for changes. Your continued use of our Site after we have modified the Policy indicates your agreement to the modified terms.

Anonymous Information
The BBC may collect anonymous information about users who visit our Site and aggregate this anonymous information for statistical analysis. For instance, we may use it to determine usage patterns so we know which parts of our Site are most popular. Examples of the type of anonymous information we collect and how we collect it are:

The BBC collects Your Information only when you voluntarily provide it to us on our Site, such as during an online transaction to purchase products, such as our recordings or merchandise, special event tickets, subscriptions, make donations, sign up to receive emails, become a Supporter or complete registrations or surveys. You may need to provide Your Information to participate in certain BBC programs and activities or receive certain services or offers. Please note that when you purchase some items offered on our Site, you must provide Your Information to a third-party service provider on its Web site. Your Ability to Choose. You may "opt out" of receiving marketing information that the BBC sends to you by unsubscribing to the mailing list, following instructions in the applicable information sent to you, or by contacting the BBC at optout@brassbandofcolumbus.org.

The BBC may share Your Information with third parties that perform services for the BBC, such as soliciting concert attendance, conducting membership mailings or providing postal and electronic mailing platforms and services. The BBC also reserves the right to disclose Your Information in circumstances that the BBC deems necessary or appropriate, such as to respond to legal process or request from a governmental agency, security reasons or similar situations.
Please note that if you become a Supporter or Subscriber with the Brass Band of Columbus, Your Information may be shared with third parties (e.g., other nonprofit organizations, marketers) whose information or services we think may be of interest to you in conjunction with programs with us. These third parties may wish to communicate with you by regular mail or email or share your information with others, however, we will not condone selling your information or allowing others to abuse the confidence we develop in our relationship.

Security
When we activate our BBC e-Store, The BBC will strive to keep Your Information secure and safeguard it from unauthorized access by using “Secure Socket Layer” encryption to protect credit card numbers, firewalls to protect our servers, and virus/intrusion detection software. However, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so you provide Your Information at your own risk.

5. User Rules - In order to maintain an efficient and effective site that addresses the needs and interests of its viewers, the following rules apply to the use of this site:
